Dear Administrators
Please watch this video
If you don’t understand what Chris is talking about, you’re out of touch.
If you think you know what Chris is talking about you need to surround yourself with people who understand this type of transformation.
If you sill think schools don’t need to change, can’t change or that your school is a “good school”. Your school will be left behind.
If you want to hire passionate educators, you yourself have to be passionate!
Chris….when it’s time for use to move to the States you’ll be getting a phone call from me.

Oh wow how much stimulating thought can you compress into five minutes?? Would be great to also see all 20 slides too, (maybe they are online somewhere too?). Jeff, I think that you should also add Dear Politicians to your salutation too :). Thaks for the tweet out.

OMG, going to put that on my iPod and listen to it on my way to school every morning to remind myself to keep the faith- so to speak. It would be nice if many others agreed, but perseverence and leading by example can create change as well. Thank you.
Passion based learning at it’s best. How about re-classifying the roles? teachers become expert guides and students become novices … change yourself and the change is noticed by others … US has a much taller order than Australia when it comes to testing … however, I’m finding that in a school that learns through projects, with guides who don’t give the answers (or claim to have them) – novices do better on ‘tests’. Learn to ask questions they can’t Google, and the dynamics of learning changes. Nice work Chris!
I agree! Add “Dear Politicians”…Can we send this guy to Congress??? At least state legislatures??? We need some top-down change, too!
