I wouldn’t believe it either if I didn’t live here. According to The Peking Duck where these pictures are from they were taken about 24 months apart. I wouldn’t believe that either, except that I live here and have seen a 650 unit apartment complex go from pilings to 90% complete in 9 months.

Can we afford to wait?
