China will tighten controls on Internet blogs and Webcasts in
a response to new technologies that have allowed cyber citizens to
avoid government censorship efforts, state press reported Tuesday.

      And of course, one of the best counters to this oppressive action is free (as in speech) software.

      I’m curious about something. As someone who works in China but for an international school, are sites blocked? What happens when you do a search for falun gong or tiannenmen square? Just wondering what your ISP situation is as compared to the common chinese citizen.
