I appreciate your quick attention. I have never uploaded my stuff under anything other than all rights reserved. That is why I listed in my profile (until just recently) that if anyone wanted to use an image, just ask. I wasn’t saying you couldn’t use the iage, just pointing out that no credit was offered. I think that even under creative commons it would be the polite thing to take a few extra seconds and give the artist credit.

Anyway, as I said, I appreciate how quickly you responded to my concerns. That is very admirable.

My apologies I only use creative commons photos on my site and believe this image was under a creative commons license (which is the default on Flickr) at the time that I used it.

No problem I’ll remove the photo and choose another that is creative common license.

While I am flattered that my photograph was deemed worthy to grace this tale, I don’t remember nor do I have record of permission for use being sought or granted. My work is copyrighted and that doesn’t change just because I had it posted on a photo site. I see that it is linked to my account, but there is no credit on this site for those who might not know the link is there or use the link

Thanks Jeffers, I always enjoyed watching you play from K through college. Sometimes finding the fields in strange towns was an adventure but that was always part of the fun. As I sit watching the opening Mariners with Hernandez on the mound, I have nothing but fond memories of following my boys of summer. Enjoy the season!! And pass the seeds!!
