		<description>I enjoyed the last two posts.  I&#039;ve done some Google searches on my name and names of friends recently and have started to think about the &quot;online presence&quot; issue.  Thanks for that post.  The EARCOS conference sounded great!  The pains of presenting on technology without technology makes me think of some sessions I&#039;ve attended on &quot;differentiation&quot; without differentiation.  Guess it&#039;s a good reminder to &quot;practice what you preach&quot; and get people hands-on.  Thus, another powerful example of Web 2.0 and your post.</description>
