Could you have done things differently? I've been thinking a lot about the ideas of front loading concepts and often taking away from deep learning rather than encouraging it. Not sure that's exactly the case here but wouldn't mind some more discussion about working with groups like this. I have a group of administrators I'm working with in our district and hope to use my time with them as profitably as possible.
