    Wow. Thanks Jeff for doing this and your support for everything. And thanks to all of you for such a powerful back channel conversation. It’s really terrific (and humbling) to be part of a conversation with such smart people.

    I will read through all of these thoughts more closely and it’s great to have Justin join the conversation (HE’S THE MAN!). My comments to come.
