How do you know when you are helping to create change in your school?
When you get an e-mail from your administrator that says:
its not just about tech….it’s about pedagogy, about student engagement, about philosophical beliefs about student learning and real life application
That’s a pretty good indication!

I am not sure which “off the beam and out in the cold” person that was, but I want to work with them!

Well Andy, you already DO and you certainly will in the future! I may have to leave Shanghai for a bit, but thanks to Jeff’s training, I will be just a blog, podcast and webcam away.
Heck, maybe I can work on projects for you guys from the hills of Vermont. Out of sight, but never out of mind.
And it IS about pedagogy, tech is just the new slate and chalk, the new pencil, that will enable HUGE shifts in how we teach. It must be centered on PROCESS and APPLICATION.
Looking forward to helping that paradgim shift happen.
