Of all of the ideas here, I love the 10 minute rule. It is easily implemented and most often ignored. We all KNOW most of this stuff, as it has been presented in multiple formats and packages before. The bigger issue for me, and I suspect for most of us is, as Nike said, JUST DO IT!!
