		<description>Our 10 year old has a cell phone, and I love it!  It makes life easier and I feel better knowing I can contact her.  Because of that, she has more freedom.  She has used it very responsibly for a year now.  We have a second grader too, and I have thought on many occasions that I wish he had a cell phone.  But, I am pretty sure it would be broken or lost within a week.  I think it depends on the individual.  He would not know who Bill Gates is  - but maybe Steve Jobs  :)  He definitely knows the guru Jeff Utecht!</description>
